The Akron Board of Education approved its redistricting and restructuring plan in a 6-0 vote in March.
Among the changes, the plan will close Firestone Park Elementary School, relocate NIHF STEM High School to Robinson Community Learning Center and ease overcrowding at Harris-Jackson CLC.
