It’s been 10 years this month since Ayauna Edwards Bush was shot three times in the head and left in Cuyahoga Valley National Park. She was found by runners and survived the shooting, but she was permanently blinded by the incident. Bush recounted her journey Wednesday at the Akron Blind Center, where she’s been involved since she lost her vision.
