Akron City Council President Margo Sommerville asked about what will happen to the Miller South School for the Visual and Performing Arts, located at 1055 East Ave. in Sherbondy Hill. The school will be moving to a new location in Kenmore and the current building is slated to be demolished. Outley said that money has been allocated in the budget for the building’s demolition, but they are open to repurposing the space.
