Steve Arrington and the Bayard Rustin LGBTQ+ Resource Center, named after a former civil rights activist and adviser to Martin Luther King Jr., have endured more than the AIDS epidemic, including racism, funding battles and personal sacrifice, to fulfill his destiny.
