Akron Public Schools is again partnering with the City of Akron’s Recreation Department to provide free, healthy breakfasts and lunches to eligible Akron kids through the Summer Food Service Program. Akron City Council approved a $300,000 contract on May 4 to facilitate the program’s meal preparation and delivery services.
