Here are the Summit County judicial candidates, along with six candidates for three open seats on the Summit County Council, facing off on the ballot in the General Election in November.

Only one Summit County Court of Common Pleas seat was contested on the Democratic ballot — Kelly McLaughlin defeated L. Mialon Morris, a political newcomer who was the subject of a controversial flyer that depicted her as a criminal. McLaughlin denounced the leaflet and said she had no knowledge of it.

On the Republican ballot, there were no contested races.
