The Health Assurance Transformation Company, known as HATCo, looked at hospitals in five markets to find a test lab for improving the healthcare experience, said Daryl Tol, the new CEO of Summa Health, at an Akron Roundtable event. Summa rose to the top because of its paired insurance company and because it would present a challenge, he said.
